Three places, and that is the whole list

Anything this site knows about you sits in one of three places and nowhere else. One value in your own browser, one email in one inbox, and the details a licensed local pro needs to reach your door. That is the entire map, and the rest of this page walks each of the three and says how long it holds what it holds. Worth saying up front that there is no fourth place: no customer database, no sales platform, no mailing list, and no account with a password of yours in it.

What the form asks, which is less than most

Three boxes are required and two are optional. Required: a name, a phone number and an email address. Optional: a zip code and a street address, and those exist for one reason, which is so somebody can find the property when a visit is arranged.

And what it deliberately does not ask

No date of birth, no social security number, no card number, no income figure, and nothing about the household beyond the pest problem itself.
